IIBA Creating Quality Requirements

Creating quality requirements is a core competency in IT used by everyone from Business Analysts (BA’s) to application developers and even sales engineers.

Over two days you’ll learn the right way to produce the two most important documents in requirements gathering; ‘user requirements’ and ‘functional specifications’.

You’ll develop the ability to produce quality documentation that captures and accurately records new system requirements to internationally recognised standards. In doing so, you’ll acquire a versatile set of skills useful in a range of technology roles, reinforcing your employment prospects.
